A Bit About Me

Get to the eye of the storm!

My name is Bladimir and I am from the island of Aruba. I trained and competed in Olympic Weightlifting and Bodybuilding for about 9 years before investing myself into personal training. That time has taught me the value and importance of proper form when training, which in turn provided me with a stable foundation in the world of fitness. Personally, I love the challenge of taking just about any individual and elevating their level of health and fitness. I believe that with motivation and dedication you can follow the journey to change your life and we will be there every step of the way!

I lost 75 pounds at the age of 19. I have been dedicated to my diet and exercise for over 20 years. I am passionate about helping others learn about nutrition and gaining structure in their daily food choices. I teach practical and realistic methods than can be used for life instead of short term dieting. My name is Keith Ozment and I'm looking forward to working with you.

Making Fitness Fun

Getting in shape shouldn’t be a punishment. It’s an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can make. I believe in finding the pleasurable side of fitness; and while there may be a sore muscle or two along the way, the benefits of fitness are worth the challenge. I have developed my training regime by working with a variety of people, and constantly adapting my program to the needs of my new clients.
